Program Name: Candlefish Text Receipt Service

Program Description

The Candlefish Text Receipt Service allows customers to receive a one-time SMS message containing a link to their purchase receipt after completing a transaction at a Candlefish retail or market point-of-sale location.

Opt-In

You opt in to this service by voluntarily entering your mobile phone number on the customer-facing tablet screen after completing a purchase. Providing your phone number is optional and is not required to complete your transaction.

Message Frequency

You will receive one (1) text message per transaction in which you provide your phone number. This is not a recurring messaging program.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Candlefish is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out

Because this is a one-time message service, there is no subscription to cancel. If you do not wish to receive a text receipt, simply do not enter your phone number at checkout. You may text STOP in response to any message to confirm you do not wish to receive further messages.

Liability
