French 75

Product Description
Vibrant and fresh, the French 75 takes us back to tuxedo jackets and a swanky Casablanca club full of broken hearts. Today, we still revere the classic cocktail in celebratory flutes or slim highballs. Meet our candle’s effervescent notes of sparkling wine, lemony citrus, and juniper.
The French 75
Named for the French 75mm field gun of the First World War, this drink came out of Harry's New York Bar in Paris around 1915: a gin sour given artillery by Champagne. It remains the most elegant way to start an evening.
You'll need:
1 oz gin
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
3 oz chilled Champagne
Shake the gin, lemon, and syrup with ice, strain into a flute, top with Champagne, and garnish with a long lemon twist.
