What happens after someone buys

Your dashboard shows every step, so you always know what you've earned and when it's yours.

Through your link or your code. It appears on your dashboard as Waiting, with what you earned.

Days 1 to 30

Return window

We hold commission 30 days in case the order comes back. A full refund cancels it; a partial one shrinks it.

Ready

It moves to Ready to pay. From here you can turn it into a gift card right away if you like.

Whatever is ready goes out with the monthly payout: cash to your bank, or store credit at 1.5x.

Quick answers

Do I need a big following?
No. There is no minimum. Plenty of our best creators share with a small, loyal audience who trusts them.
Do my own orders count?
No. Orders shipped to you, through your link or your code, don't earn commission. Your store credit and gift cards are how you get candles for yourself.
Who can use my code?
Anyone ordering from Rewined for the first time, once each. Your link works for everyone, new or returning, so share the link whenever you can.
What if someone returns their order?
That's why commission waits 30 days. A full refund or cancel removes it, and a partial refund lowers it. After that it's yours.
Why did my code pause?
Codes stay on while you keep sending orders (2 every 60 days). If yours goes quiet it pauses, and your next sale through your link turns it back on.
Do I have to say it's an ad?
Yes. Whenever you share your link or code, say you earn commission, for example #ad or "commissionable link". It's an FTC rule and it keeps your audience's trust.
Where can't I share my code?
Coupon and deal sites, paid search ads on the Rewined name, or anywhere you don't have an audience. Those orders would have happened anyway, and we can pause accounts that do it.
Do I need to fill out a W-9?
Only for cash, and Stripe collects it during bank setup, so you never email us tax forms. Store credit and gift cards need nothing.
