Hand-poured in a soy and paraffin wax blend. Choose a 6 oz tin or a 10 oz lidded jar.
In the World of Coffee
Macchiato means "stained": an espresso marked with just a spoonful of foamed milk, invented so Italian baristas could tell it apart from a straight shot on a crowded counter. It is the smallest milk drink in coffee and the purist's compromise: enough softness to round the edges, not enough to hide the coffee. Ask for one in Italy and you'll get three sips of perfect balance.
