Rewined makes candles inspired by wine, Champagne, cocktails and the seasons, hand-poured in our Charleston, South Carolina workshop since 2009. Here is how to pick one for someone you love, and answers to the questions we hear most.

Candle gifts by who you are shopping for

For the wine lover

Our Signature Candles are named for the wines that started it all: Cabernet (currant, cedar, green peppercorn), Merlot (violet, plum, tobacco leaf), Pinot Noir (fig leaf, leather, forest floor), Riesling (nectarine, jasmine, chamomile) and Sauvignon Blanc (passion fruit, gooseberry, green herbs). 6 oz and 10 oz. For a ready-to-give set, the Signature Candle Gift Set holds three 2.5 oz candles.

For the Champagne lover

The Sparkling Candles come in Champagne (peony, bergamot, peach blossom, brioche), Mimosa (orange and bubbles), Prosecco (honeysuckle, Asian pear, honeycomb) and Rosé (red fruit, white peach, rose petal). A natural gift for birthdays, engagements and New Year's Eve.

For the cocktail lover

Choose a Cocktail Candle: Cosmopolitan, French 75, Paloma, Sangria or Gin Fizz. Martini fans get their own: Dirty Martini (olive, juniper, citrus), Espresso Martini (coffee, vanilla, cocoa) and Pumpkin Martini. Sizes run from a 3.5 oz tin to a 13 oz jar.

For the coffee lover

The Barista line: Americano, Espresso, Macchiato, Chai Latte, Matcha Latte and Green Tea, in a 6 oz tin or a 10 oz jar.

For fall

Our Harvest collection: Spiked Cider (fresh apple, cinnamon, clove, dark buttery rum), Crush (burnt orange, clove, cinnamon) and Burning of the Vines (sandalwood, smoke, vetiver).

For the holidays

The Holiday collection: Nog (toasted almond, cognac, nutmeg), Poinsettia (cranberry, orange, sparkling wine) and Wine Under the Tree (blue spruce, citrus, cedar). Each comes as a 2.5 oz votive, 6 oz and 10 oz candle, a 50 oz Magnum and a bar of soap.

For the host, or a whole list of people

Every case of six is priced as five, so the sixth candle is free. Cases are available in Signature, Sparkling, Cocktail, Martini, Market, Barista and Harvest.

Under $25

Our soaps are $14, Holiday votives and 3.5 oz cocktail and martini tins are $18, and 6 oz Barista and Market candles are $22. A cocktail matchbox ($6) or a wick trimmer ($14) makes it complete.

Frequently asked questions

Where are Rewined candles made?

Every Rewined candle is hand-poured in our workshop in Charleston, South Carolina. We have been making candles here since 2009.

What wax do you use?

A blend of soy, coconut and apricot waxes with highly refined paraffin. The paraffin gives the candle stability and helps the fragrance fill a room.

What sizes do your candles come in?

Depending on the collection: a 2.5 oz votive, 3.5 oz and 6 oz tins, 6 oz, 10 oz and 13 oz jars, a 22 oz terracotta candle and a 50 oz Magnum.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within the U.S. is free on orders of $50 or more and a flat $5 under $50.

Can I return or exchange a candle?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are new, unused and in their original packaging. Email info@rewinedcandles.com to start one. See Shipping & Returns for details.

What do I do with the jar when the candle is finished?

Our vessels are made to be washed out and kept: a glass for the table, a planter for the windowsill, a home for whatever needs one.
